Made from a special polyamide copolymer, Velocity
Tapered Leaders are the perfect solution to achieve
a small shock leader knot that will easily pass
through the rod guides, yet still retain the benefits
of a thicker Hi-Abrasion resistant shock leader.
Each leader is 15m long. The front 5m is parallel,
followed by a 6m tapered middle section and then
a 4m parallel section at the end. If required the
tapered section can be simply trimmed back to
increase the diameter before being knotted
to the mainline.
